I prefer to have the frontal in advance to customize it, it prevents having to use the time for the actual application for customization as well.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are allowed to reschedule &/or cancel appointments 24 hours or more prior to initial booking time.
If you are a NO-SHOW, you will not be allowed to schedule an appt in the future.
Please keep in mind, cancelling or rescheduling properly does NOT make deposits refundable. ALL deposits are non-refundable, unless there is a discrepancy with the artist.
